The house is lovingly furnished and the garden is beautiful. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. However, everything could be cleaner # Dust and cobwebs with spiders sat in our kitchen in every corner. The approach is not recommended with a larger car because the house can only be reached via a really, very narrow, partially unpaved, mountain road. The entrance to the parking lot is pretty cumbersome and tight. If all this does not bother you and a really quiet house searches is right here, we would not book it.Read more
Very nice location, beautiful views, very nice spacious house, very friendly owner, gives a lot of information about the area, very clean, totally no "tourism" feeling, really enjoy yourself on everything that Italy has to offer!Read more
Very solid house with spacious bedrooms and comfortable for 8 people adequate dining table. Very spacious garden and cozy terrace. The developed source directly at the house is a pleasure!Read more
We spent two very nice weeks in a beautiful villa! Due to the location in the mountains, it is advantageous in the summer cool in the night, you can leave the heat of the cities behind you (do not worry, but very hot!) Pool, tennis court (including football field), a lot of space to play, relax , Switch off. Car absolutely necessary. The place Samomme can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes (there is a mini-business for the essentials) Since we were two families, it would have been good to have two gate openers for the garden gate. The owners live on the property completely unnoticed by the guests and care lovingly and invisibly the garden. Overall, a very nice recreational opportunity. Negatives: the silicone in the upper bathroom at the sink should urgently be renewed (currently completely black); Electricity was very expensive (€ 360, - for 9 people for two weeks)! If you are looking for a typical Tuscan rolling hills, you are wrong in this area, as it is rather "mountainous" - very shady in the summer for hiking!Read more
An amazing place, far enough from anywhere else, yet close enough to explore Lucca, Pisa, Florence and other great sites - all within an hours drive - (you do need a car). xx and xx are great hosts and very accommodating. The only slight downside would be the cicadas, soooo loud, but hey, they are part of nature.Read more
