The owner is happy to organize: dinners and cooking classes with homemade pasta, bike trips to Pisa. In the basement there is a billiard room and a fitness area with treadmill and exercise bike. 1 km the Regional Park Rossore-Migliarino-Massaciuccoli with hiking trails which attracts especially nature lovers. 8 km the beaches of Marina di Pisa on the Etruscan coast. 18 km Torre del Lago on the picturesque lake Massaciuccoli where every year the Puccini opera season takes place, 26 km the art city of Lucca, 90 km Florence. Easy to reach are popular seaside resorts of Versilia such as lively Viareggio (22 km) and Forte dei Marmi (38 km) with elegant stores and colorful nightlife. Not far away the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps a dense network of well-marked and equipped hiking trails in a breathtaking landscape and the marble quarries of Carrara (55 km). For art lovers, Pisa (airport 4 km away) has much to offer and throughout the year there are numerous events.
