This charming holiday home is surrounded by private fenced garden with pool for exclusive use and is located only 500 m from the lake and the beach. The house is three floors connected by an elegant staircase: On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room and large kitchen, one bathroom; on the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with private balcony, on bathroom with Jacuzzi and one bathroom with shower. On the basement floor there is a small kitchen, a tavern/dining room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a laundry area and a cellar. The house has a large outdoor area of ​​2800 m² where you can relax by the pool, prepare a barbecue or a dinner with friends. The area is ideal for visiting the beautiful Desenzano del Garda (5 km) with its beaches, but also to discover the internal road running parallel to the lake promenade that starts from the 16th century Piazza Malvezzi and offers more than a kilometer of very elegant shops alternating with ice-cream parlors, bars specialized in aperitifs and snacks during the day and with live music after dinner. Desenzano is also ideal for excursions and also to visit the lively villages overlooking the upper Garda lake, reachable also by boat, such as Salò (25 km) with its new lakeside promenade and shopping streets, Gardone Riviera (28 km) with Vittoriale degli Italiani home of Gabriele D'Annunzio, or on the Verona side, Peschiera del Garda (10 km) and its famous Amusement Parks, Bardolino (20 km) with its famous red wine. Verona at 36 km, Venice at 140 km.

This villa has a private pool; it is also only 5 metres from Padenghe sul Garda. The nearest airport is only 45km away. It is set in a very convenient location, just 300 metres away from a lake. There's also a restaurant only 500 metres away.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
