The building is located on a plot of over 1500 m² with various fruit trees, surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is located in the area of the Gulf of Orosei, which includes over 20 km of coastline along which alternate various beautiful beaches, such as Marina di Orosei, Su Barone, Cala Ginepro, Bidderosa, Sa Curcurica, Osalla, etc. and characteristic cliffs overlooking the sea. For lovers of history and religious architecture, in the small town of Orosei there are 17 consecrated churches and two archaeological sites: Nuraghe Rampinu and the nuragic village of Sa Linnarta. The other vacation apartment of the two-family house is not yet finished and is being renovated.
