This beautiful holiday apartment is located 13 km from Belluno, in an apartment building and in the natural setting of Mount Nevegal, a strategic point for sportsmen, but at the same time excellent starting point for trips to visit Venetian cities of art (Venice, Treviso, Cortina are only an hour's drive). The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase. The terrace and the garden offer the ideal space to spend a few hours outdoors, sunbathing or enjoying the cool evenings. In winter a few minutes from the apartment are the ski lifts. The Nevegal ski area offers slopes for all levels, from beginners to cross-country trails. Within less than 100 km you can reach the Falcade - San Pellegrino Pass (74 km), with some of the most beautiful slopes of the Dolomiti Superski; the district of Mount Civetta (60 km) with over 80 km of slopes suitable for every skill level; Cortina d'Ampezzo (76 km) with 130 km of slopes; up to the glaciers of the Marmolada (80 km), the highest peak of the Dolomites (3342 meters) with the longest ski slope in the Dolomites (13 km) in addition to the cableway that allows you to reach 3250 meters to admire an incredible panorama in the Dolomites. In the summer, Mount Nevegal is a paradise for mountain biking and downhill. There are also for children who can enjoy an adventure park and riding school. 18 km away is Lake Santa Croce, where you can practice water sports such as sailing, wind surfing, kitesurfing, fishing and hang gliding and paragliding. The strategic location of this apartment allows you to reach some of the most beautiful cities in Italy: Belluno (13 km), where the styles of different ages coexist, Feltre (40 km), a walled city that climbs up the hill dominated by the castle, Vittorio Veneto (40 km) with its amazing old town of Serravalle. Do not miss the main Venetian cities: Treviso (80 km), Venice, unique city in the world (110 km), Vicenza with its Palladian palaces (118 km) and a series of villages surrounded by the marvelous natural setting of the mountains and of great historical and artistic interest: Mel (24 km), Cortina d'Ampezzo (76 km), Bassano del Grappa (80 km) ...; Not to mention the Venetian Villas to visit following itineraries to be covered on foot, by mountain bike or by motorbike. This solidly constructed apartment was originally built in 1981 and refurbished in 1995. The agent has rated it as a three star property so it is a well-kept apartment, equipped with standard furniture. It is also good value for money. The apartment is located in Nevegal, only 12km from Belluno. It is set in a very convenient location, just 600 metres away from the skiing sport facility: there is a restaurant only 300 metres away.

You can also park on-site at no extra charge. The apartment is adequately equipped: it has a refrigerator and microwave. It also has some garden furniture outside.

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.

Please note that bedrooms in holiday rentals are usually not that large; you should refer to the floor plan to get a sense of size.

You will need to pay for the energy and water you use during your stay of which electricity is usually the most significant cost. Charges can be based on a fixed per day rate or by the amount of energy used (e.g. kilowatt hours for electricity).
