This lovely apartment is right in the heart of the historical centre of Sorrento. We could easily walk everywhere and our host met us on arrival and gave us lots of helpful information. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and one of the bedrooms had a lovely balcony. There is a small supermarket and greengrocer in the block so shopping for food is easy and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely recommend this property.

The holiday home was lovingly furnished and offered plenty of room for relaxation with its two sunny terraces - overlooking Capri, Naples and Vesuvius. All major shopping possibilities were within walking distance and as the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, the cooking was fun. The welcome was warm, more information about the island including reading on a large scale available.

The apartment is furnished with everything you need, enough space and a wonderful all-round balcony with access from the living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom! A beautiful view of the sea, the house is idyllically situated in a flowering garden and the pool is also great! We felt very comfortable! The way to the beach and the center of Forio is on foot a bit, but you can handle it well. But with children I would be too far.

The apartment had all we needed for two weeks. Ischia is a great place, very beautiful and plenty to do. The apartment was typically Italian which we love and the views to the castle were a joy to wake up to.

The apartment has a wonderful location with a wonderful terrace and views of Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Sorrento. The only downside is in the bathroom the hip bath without shower curtain. Here is the whole bathroom under water when you take a shower. Also desirable would be a coffee maker or at least a coffee filter. But despite everything: we would come back ;-)))

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is very spacious, even with five you have good space. The landlord XXX is super nice and takes care, if there are questions or similar. Is really recommended. The place Agerola is quiet. From here you can hike, enjoy the views of mountains and the steep coast. The roads are very narrow and winding, but alternatively there are also directly from the village also pleasant bus connections to Amalfi or direction Pompeii. We would definitely go there again.

Advice on Naples from the locals

Naples, even the name conjures an array of magnificent images, from the exquisite pizzas that exude a mouth-watering collection of fresh ingredients and unforgettable tastes, to the looming presence of the active volcano, Mount Vesuvius. But, I have a more personal connection to Italy’s third-largest city, half of my family currently live there and you can trace generations to one small part of the city.
