Welcoming country house in a wonderful hilly position in Chianti, 5 km from the town of Montevarchi (stores of all kinds). The cottage is quietly located and ideal for those who enjoy both the privacy of an independent, idyllic and panoramic vacation home, but at the same time plan excursions to the beautiful Chianti and the fascinating art cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo (from the nearby train station Montevarchi there is a convenient train connection to Florence and Arezzo).
The simply but attractively furnished rooms all have windows with mosquito nets. From the living room with large fireplace you have access to a covered terrace with a wide view over the Arno Valley, where you can relax and end the day with an outdoor dinner. On the large natural plot with lawn, olive grove and forest is also the fenced pool area with sun terrace. All windows have fly screens. Distances: the small village of Moncione (store, restaurant) 1.5 km; Florence and Siena 50 km away, Arezzo and the Chianti about 35 km. Riding school 2 km, a golf course 10 km.
