Holiday apartments in a charming complex consisting of two renovated farmhouses divided into 4 apartments each, near Monterenzio and 15 km from Castel San Pietro. The two structures are located in a very quiet and very panoramic position between the hills of the Val Sillaro. The two houses are owned by a hotel-spa complex and are located just 5 km from the main complex where all the services are located. Guests of the apartments IEC215-IEC216-IEC217-IEC218 can use all the services of the village with reduced rates for the thermal baths and the aquapark (payment on the spot), while the use of the swimming pools is included in the price. The village also has an excellent restaurant, with menus designed to enhance the food from the surrounding area. On request free baby bed and baby high chair. The village is able to offer various services all year round: in addition to the thermal baths and the summer aquapark, thanks to its geographic position between Emilia, Romagna and Tuscany, this is an ideal starting point to discover an area rich in historical, artistic, naturalistic and enogastronomic attractions, an oasis of peace that offers a suggestive experience in the midst of unspoiled nature. Guests can enjoy water and sun baths in the uncontaminated nature of one of the most beautiful valleys in Italy, which thanks to its facilities such as water slides, pools, hot tubs and green corners a stone's throw from the spa, becomes a true "fitness valley". This is the holiday for young companies, couples or families, here you find an exciting alternative to the Riviera or the mountain, with lots of relaxation.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
