Pleasant holiday apartment in a two-family house in the hills in a panoramic position in the near of Mondavio (12 km), a small medieval village in the province of Pesaro Urbino and at 20 km only from the famous Adriatic coast with its sandy beaches. Thanks to the large, common outdoor spaces (2.000 m2) this holiday apartment is suitable for families with children or all those who love to pass their holidays with their pet. In the outdoor space you will also find a terrace, which is equipped for your outdoor meals and from where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the surrounding hills. The apartment is ideal for a bigger family or for all those who want to pass their holidays both on the seaside (the next beaches are at abt. 22 km distance) and in the country-side in the middle of greenery, but far enough from the trouble of the crowded seaside resorts. In the surroundings you will find Senigallia (26 km), Mare Marotta (22 km), Mondavio (12 km), Pesaro (45 km) and Urbino (55 km). If you decide to book the 2. holiday apartment, too (the two apartments are rentable with the references IMM125 and IMM126), you will have a perfect solution for group of friends or big families. The outdoor spaces are for common use. The region of the Marches which is situated between the Apennines and the Adriatic coast, is worth to be discovered, and here you will surely pass a wonderful holiday: those who love history and art should not miss to visit the antique town of Urbino, and all those who dream of a beach holiday or have children, will enjoy the large, sandy beaches with its beautiful, equipped bathing establishments in Senigallia and Marotta. Your kids will surely enjoy to visit the zoo in Falconara or one of the water theme parks along the coast. In the hills you will find some adventure parks where you and your children may climb in the trees, and several trekking paths. Finally the Marches are famous for its excellent local food and wines: do not miss to taste the “brodetto”, a marvelous fish soup which is typical for this area.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
