It’s a splendid location which looks over the surrounding area with its ancient villas belonging to nobles coming from Lucca. The property has been carefully restored, keeping all its original features such as terracotta floors, wooden beams, typical traits of the rural Tuscan architecture; it is an excellent choice for a family or couples of friends with children who can alternate excursions in the city of Lucca to days on the beaches of Versilia. The large sunny terrace in front of the house makes outdoor dinners fascinating also thanks to the view. The terraced land includes a natural lawn where there is the salted water swimming pool (12x6)(15/05-30/09) with garden furniture and shady areas. The accommodation has wi-fi internet connection. Car park on the property. PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must be between 4.00pm and 7.00pm (arrivals after 8.00pm are charged a supplement of 50 Euros. Arrivals after 10.00pm are charged a supplement 100 Euros). Prior arrangements must be made for all arrivals different from the normal times.
