The house is located on the ancient Via Francigena and once hosted Rome pilgrims from the north. There is a spring on the property and the owners occasionally occupy an outbuilding. The house has two floors, kitchen and living room on the ground floor, two bathrooms, one with toilet and sink, one with bathtub and sink and two bedrooms on the second floor.
