This holiday apartment in Lignano Riviera is nestled in a green pine forest. The shared pool of the residential complex is about 50 m from the apartment. At guests' disposal is a large and comfortable terrace, always in the shade throughout the day, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining after your excursions in the surroundings. Proceeding on foot or by bicycle along tree-lined driveways winding through the beautiful pine forest, you can reach in about 200 m distance the entrance to the famous sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro, which runs along the seaside resort to the mouth of the River Tagliamento. The accommodation is also located near an Adventure Park (200 m), close to the beach, and about 500 m from nightlife entertainment. Numerous bike paths will allow you to enjoy lovely excursions in the surroundings. Lignano Sabbiadoro is a famous seaside resort of Friuli Venezia Giulia, characterized by green areas and extensive pine forests, such as the famous Hemingway Park. It is just 100 km from the charming city of Venice and 90 km from Trieste, both easily accessible by car and by train. In the city of Aquileia (50 km), a famous harbour of the Roman Empire, you can visit fascinating archaeological excavations and a prestigious National Archaeological Museum. Do not miss the cathedral with its wonderful mosaics. The town of Cividale del Friuli, an ancient village built in the Middle Ages, is at 70 km distance, here you will find a medieval dome and buildings dating back to the Longobard era. Worth visiting is also the city of San Daniele del Friuli (65 km), on the hills above Udine, with its dome and the prestigious and historic Guarneri Library with a collection of ancient texts. The city is famous around the world for the production of IGP raw ham, you also have the possibility to visit the ham production sites with tasting on site. Bedlinen and bath towels are not available.

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself.
