relatively large, bright apartment right on the water, with stunning views of a canal and the lagoon. In a quiet location in a modern residential district, which stands in aesthetic contrast to Venice. Nice landlady who is reliably approachable.

It's just great to be in Venice and still be so quiet. The apartment is in a very good condition, except for the kitchen equipment. As something more cutlery would be an advantage.
