A small family firm is concerned mainly with bee-keeping and the cultivation of plants required for our business.
Several years ago, we decided to bring ourselves close to nature in a healthy way by employing the bio dynamic agricultural method. Thanks to such methods, it is possible to bring new force to the Earth and at the same time obtain high quality products.
Over the last few years, in addition to our bee products, we have introduced a natural cosmetics line for body care. We firmly believe that a good product does not depend only on the ingredients used but also on the interior attitude of those involved in its production. Nature does not react solely to the exterior activity of man but also to the sentiments and thoughts that man cultivates within himself.
Guests at the holiday farm may, if they wish, can become involved in our activities and get to know at first hand the life cycle of the bee, the organisation of the hive, and how honey, that precious nutrient which is the fruit of the happy encounter between the vegetable and animal world, is extracted and produced.
Painting courses and Eurhythmy courses are held on the farm, in this way an artistic element is added to the agricultural-artisan base.
Guest accommodation on the holiday farm consists of an old Umbrian farmhouse that has been restored and furnished using environmentally friendly materials. The farmhouse is divided into two apartments, each with its own spacious outdoor area.
There is a fully-functioning ancient wood-fired bread oven in the ground floor apartment.
The private swimming-pool is located just a few metres from the house.
Two mountain-bikes are available for the use of guests.
Nearby, there are two riding-stables if guests wish to go horse riding.
There is also a swing for children and a barbecue.
Pets are welcome (subject to prior agreement).

Coming from England, this is a mini paradise. Sun and heat, but the swimming pool with its magnificent views over the valley is a refreshing refuge. We’ll tell our friends!

Our children have had a really great time. We managed to unwind and relax after a heavy working year in the difficult Belgium climate. We also sampled various local specialities at the wonderful SOLE E LA LUNA village festival where we also watched shows and enjoyed the magical atmosphere of the beautiful Castle of Giove.
This small oasis of tranquility has been a wonderful experience. Precious too, has been the opportunity of preparing Mediterranean recipes with Ornella and sitting down and enjoying the results together. Thank you and see you soon
What a wonderful holiday! I hope to return sooner than I think..

“Wonderfully relaxing location - loved the quiet” (Trip Advisor)
Found this place on a villa rentals site, no reviews on TA but the photos looked good so we decided to book. It was a group of 6 of us, 2 couples and 2 singles, so we had plenty of space. The villa is actually 2 apartments, with separate doors and kitchens and a bathroom each. The gardens are lovely, with hammock, pool, recliner chairs, patio and the friendliest cat Ive met! The owners house is on the same plot, and they were friendly and helpful, but didnt intrude.
The nearest village is a short walk up the hill, with some shops, a couple of bars and a good restaurant. The villa has Wifi, and a small TV. The kitchens are well kitted out, too.
