Holiday apartments in Gaby Aosta Valley. The residence has indoor bar and restaurant / pizzeria on the ground floor. Large studio flat on the third floor of the building, with living area with kitchenette, large bedroom and bathroom with shower. A small balcony which offers a lovely view over the village and surrounding mountains. For guests use ski and ski boots room, private parking and outdoor lawn area, equipped with a gazebo, chairs and barbecue. Gaby is a typical alpine village at 1,047 meters above sea level in the Valley of Lys, in the northeastern part of the Aosta Valley. It is surrounded by unspoiled nature and an environment enriched by antique flavor. It is located just 15 km from Gressoney from where all the ski lifts of Monte Rosa District depart. At 6 km the famous Weissmatten slope with lighting for night descents. At 100 meters from the free shuttle that takes in only 15 minutes to the ski slopes. Gaby also offers two cross-country trails. In the same building IAO123, IAO124 and IAO125. Besides the famous slopes, the Monte Rosa Ski District offers free ride, heli-skiing, school of rock (with the possibility of ice falls climbing and guided snowshoe tours), alpine skiing and summer skiing. In summer there are countless sporting / recreational activities: marked trails with the possibility of guided tours, rafting and canyoning in Bard (24 km). Nearby excursions are possible in the Mont Mars National Park. At 15 km, from June to October it is open the golf course with 9 holes. For those who enjoy walking in the mountains a rich network of trails connecting the adjacent valleys and the possibility to reach the natural parks among which stands out Gran Paradiso (101 km). The Aosta Valley is a region rich in art and culture. The capital Aosta (70 km) boasts numerous Roman and Romanesque monuments. At 44 km Saint Vincent with its famous thermal baths, 86 kilometers the beautiful Turin rich in monuments and museums, including the world famous Egyptian Museum and the Royal Palace of Venaria Reale.

  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
