A beautifully restored, stone built farmhouse, set in 6 acres of land with olive grove, fruit and nut trees, private swimming pool and terraces to enjoy the spectacular mountain views.
The house is situated in a private and secluded position, on the edge of the village of Villa Cupoli, where there are 2 restaurants, a bar and traditional bakery. A little further afield ( 5 mins by car ) is the mediaeval town of Farindola, home of the offices and museum of the Gran Sasso National Park and renowned for production of Pecorino di Farindola. Here you will find a couple of grocery stores, greengrocer, a butcher and more restaurants, bars, and pizzeria.There is a weekly market and various festivals and celebrations throughout the Summer.
The National Park offers the opportunity for walking ( there are marked trails to follow ), horse-riding and mountain-biking. The ski resort and furnicular at Campo Imperatore are open year round, and historic villages such as S.Stefano di Sessanio are a must-visit.
The beautiful, sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast can be reached in 40 minutes and a little further afield the Water Park of Onda Blu is a firm favourite with the kids.
But most guests prefer to spend their days relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun and admiring the wonderful scenery. The peace and tranquillity provide the perfect antidote to our otherwise busy lives and most guests remark that they leave La Casa Felice feeling relaxed and re-invigorated.

Car hire is necessary as the renter will need a car to get about for shopping, eating out and the beach; however parking is available if required.
