Villa Francesca is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the quiet countryside of Cortona, providing a lovely home in Tuscany - for families and friends. For those who enjoy privacy, this beautifully restored traditional Tuscan farm house offers the opportunity experience real Tuscan living. The house has 3-4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and an option of a further bed in the study), two 2 bathrooms - (one with bathtub). sitting room, fully fitted kitchen, terraces and a fabulous swimming pool. It really is the perfect family retreat!
Perhaps the main focal point is the unique pool which overlooks the entire valley. A wonderful place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the views and incredible sunsets over the Cortona tower. Or to enjoy the refreshing water on a hot summers day. During the evening, the pool is lit - perfect to come home to from days sight-seeing.
Set in 60 acres of woodland, both the house and gardens enjoy spectacular views of the whole Val di Chiana. This type of property is also called a agriturismo which is a Tuscan farmhouse - but Casa Francesco is very different!
The house retains many of its original features - all the rooms have original beams and floors. The stonework is by artisans of yesteryear. Each room has a magnificent view and outside, the lovely gardens, beautiful terraces and acres of Tuscan countryside all go to providing an exquisite retreat in Tuscany
Cortona - with its summer festivals, concerts and excellent restaurants is just 15 minutes away and day trips to the area’s most famous towns - Arezzo, Montepulciano, Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, Florence, Perugia, Assisi are all quite easy.
The access road is extremely well maintained and gravelled. This is the perfect location for privacy, peace and quiet and wonderful views, while not at all far from the many spectacular medieval towns in the area.

Outside this villa in Cortona, ItalyThis villa is in the countryside and in a quiet area. It has a pool, a balcony, a barbecue, outside lighting and a garden. Car hire is necessary as the renter will need a car to get about for shopping, eating out and the beach; however parking is available if required.
