This friendly country house with private pool is located in a quiet side valley between the towns of Cortona (20 km) and Città di Castello (28 km). The house is modern and comfortably furnished, with various exits to the garden and covered terrace. On the spacious property there is a barbecue, the pool area slightly above with sun terrace and a small fenced fishing lake ? all framed by olive trees. The owner lives in the neighboring house and is happy to provide fishing and also two mountain bikes to guests upon request. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, crib on request. Excursion destinations are the beautiful towns of Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona (20 km). Here the beautiful Piazza del Duomo awaits you with beautiful panoramic views of the countryside. Arezzo with its impressive sloping main square Piazza Grande with the church of Santa Maria della Pieve and the monumental Palazzo delle Logge, is 40 km away. On the first Sunday of every month, this traditional town hosts a picturesque antique market. At a distance of 50-60 km, in the Umbria region, you can reach medieval Gubbio with its impressive Palazzo dei Consoli and Roman theater, Perugia with its monuments and buildings of the old town and the fascinating underground Rocca Paolina, and Lake Trasimeno with its equipped beaches and romantic islands. Stores and ristorante at Morra (8 km).
