Vacation home with pool in Lido Fiori di Menfi, on the west coast of Sicily. The seaside resort of Lido Fiori is 3 km from Menfi and is famous for its long sandy beaches, which every year receive the award " bandiera blu " for the excellent water quality. The beaches are also easily accessible from the house. Here you will find both bathing establishments and free beach areas, as well as bars and restaurants. The house is simply but functionally furnished and offers a large, partly terraced partly gardened outdoor area, with a nice pool where you can cool off on hot days. Not far away is a grocery store, while in Menfi (3 km) you can find all kinds of services and stores. In the restaurants just a few meters from the house you can taste the local specialties, especially the dishes based on oily fish: be sure to order the fried sardines! And with them an excellent local wine. If you want to relax, you can visit the thermal plants in Montevago (about 15 km), while for culture lovers the archaeological sites of Selinunte, about 20 km away, will be interesting. Also within easy reach are Segesta, Calatafimi, Sciacca and the medieval village of Erice. This is a good starting point to visit western Sicily. Trapani is about 100 km (airport) and Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples about 95 km away. Next to it is also IST013.
