This lovely property is part of an ancient Tuscan farm, wine resort, in the heart of Maremma. Original stables have been converted into a large living room; and the kitchen has direct access to the garden and it‘s well equipped with appliances like an immersion blender, kettle, dish washer, oven, and vacuum cleaner etc. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the accommodation can comfortably fit up to 6 guests.There is a large outdoor space with chairs and table, barbecue and a small corner with aromatic herbs. This is where you can enjoy dinging alfresco and soaking up the beautiful surroundings.The swimming pool is in shared use with the owners; it measures 120 sq m (length 20 m, width 6 m) and is open from 09.30 to 19.30.The farm offers a guided tour in the vineyards and in the winery, with tasting of their own wines, a prestigious production of Supertuscan wine. The owner can also organise yoga sessions on request. The location of this accommodation, only 200 m from the freeway, allows guests to easily reach places like Siena (46 Km), the nice beaches in the Argentario area, the Giglio Island, Castiglione della Pescaia (42 km), Punta Ala (60 km), a renowned tourist marina where you can practice sailing, golf, horse riding etc., and the Uccellina Natural Park (30 Km).

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself.
