On the first floor: living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the 1st floor: living room and two more bedrooms each with bathroom and one with exit to the private terrace. Original rustic furnishings, especially the kitchen-living room was furnished in the style of a tavern from restored barrels.
In front of the house, the guests have exclusive use of the large terrace facing the valley; covered part with barbecue; adjacent is the sunny pool area with outdoor shower and valley view. The owners occupy the rear part of the house. Wine sale on site.
The house is located on the St. Francis Way, which connects the mountain monastery of La Verna (50 km) with Assisi (90 km). Excursions - on foot or by bike - can be organized on request. In Città di Castello (7 km) there are numerous restaurants, bars, stores and a colorful weekly market; in summer there are numerous concerts in the squares; also worth seeing are the picturesque hill towns of Monterchi and Citerna (about 10 km each), Anghiari and Sansepolcro (15 km), Arezzo 40 km, Perugia 60 km.
