There is a lark enclosed park, private swimming pool, furnished loggia for outdoor lunches and dinners with wood-burning oven, WiFi, satellite TV and children’s games. The property is ideal for families with children and pets.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The property is immersed in nature, surrounded by woods, olive groves and walking paths. The park (over 1 hectare) is completely fenced, making it safe for children and pets. In the park you will find the peculiarly-shaped swimming pool, 9x2-5 metres with a depth of 0.8-1.6 metres, furnished with sunbeds, comfy chairs, naturally shaded areas and children’s games. There is also a portico right in front of the house with a large dining table and an antique wood-burning oven.

Interior
This typical stone country house, dating back to 1860, is on two floors and has been fully restored while maintaining the original cotto flooring, visible wood beams on the ceilings and the overall layout of the house, with some bedrooms having direct access between each other. The antique furniture contributes to the romantic and welcoming feel of the house. On the ground floor you will find a living room with dining area, a kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), a living room (with satellite TV) leading outside and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is another living room, from which there is a corridor leading to a bedroom with 2 beds plus a third added bed. This corridor also leads to a double bedroom connected to a bathroom with shower and bathtub, connected to a single bedroom with fireplace. This last bedroom (which also has outdoor access) leads to a corridor with another bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, one of which has access to the living room.

Casale Tramonto is in a property of 35 hectares of woods and olive groves, as well as signalled walking paths with resting areas, where you can walk through an enchanting, untouched natural beauty, with a great view of the surrounding hills.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, gas, water, electricity and baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the house are organized dinners, hired help, cookery courses and babysitter.

Important information
The pool is available from May to September. The owner sometimes resides in the small building next to the house in order to work in the farm, but the garden and the pool are exclusively for the guests.

Activities and Distances
The farmhouse is in the countryside between Umbria and Tuscany, between Città del Pieve and Lake Trasimeno, with a great view of the calm surrounding area whilst still being close to many hamlets and cities. Città della Pieve is 10 km away, where you can find many works of Perugino, walk around its picturesque alleys and enjoy the food. You can also visit some great Tuscan towns (Cortona, Siena, Montepulciano and the Val d’Orcia area with towns like Pienza and Montalcino, as well as San Casciano dei Bagni with its thermal baths).
