Nice holiday apartment with stunning mountain views, just 3 km from the beautiful ski slopes of Bormio and its ancient Roman Baths. Bormio offers over 50 km of snow-covered ski slopes in winter and the possibility to practice summer skiing in the picturesque setting of the Stelvio Pass. The apartment is located in Valdisotto, in the pleasant village Cepina, and offers a shared garden equipped with children's games and an outbuilding with kitchen and wood grill, large table and chairs for lunches and dinners in company, surrounded by snow or flower meadows according to the seasons. Inside, between the various floors, there are shared lounges where the guests of the different apartments can entertain themselves in pleasant chatter. In Cepina, in addition to relaxing walks and more challenging excursions, you can visit the parish church of the Assunta and the adjacent eighteenth-century ossuary, decorated with frescoes by Pietro Ligari; the parish church of Santa Maria Maddalena which houses a 1590 triptych by Valorsa and the church of Santa Lucia with frescoes by Valorsa. Cepina is known throughout the world for the production of water with rich therapeutic properties and that you can taste simply by opening the tap at home. Within 5 minutes by car or by bus (stop under the house) you can reach the neighboring Bormio, where you can enjoy shopping in the typical shops of the historic center, or admire the magnificent historic buildings such as the Torre della Bajona, the Collegiate Church in a dominant position on the main square, the Church of Sant'Ignazio in Baroque style and the Romanesque Church of San Vitale; or you can enjoy pleasant relaxation immersed in the warm healing waters of the ancient Roman baths known all over the world, rich in minerals. For sports enthusiasts, in addition to skiing, the area offers multiple routes for trekking, mountain biking and in Bormio there is a nine-hole golf course, open from April to November. Valtellina is also famous for its gastronomic delights such as the Bresaola, the Bisciola, the Pizzoccheri, its cheeses ( Bitto, Casera) and wines such as Sforzato, Grumello, Sassella and Inferno, which you can enjoy in nice restaurants or buy in shops. For Novasol guests a discount is available with Bormio Sky Pass upon presentation of the voucher. Guests will have free use of the ski storage with lockers for the boots and the ski boot warmer and the bicycle storage, with a maintenance corner.   • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
