Old stone built country house dated 1684, in panoramic location by Lake Trasimeno, at the border with Tuscany. In the main wing are 8 units (IUT152-153-154-161-162-163), the reception and the restaurant which opens upon request and for a minimum of 6 people. In the dependence are 8 apartments (IUT148-149-150-151-165-166). Each unit has a private equipped outdoor area. The property comprises apartments with independent entrance, air conditioning. Upon request (at least 20 days in advance) cooking and sommelier classes for groups, lake trips with dinner. The property comprises a nice panoramic swimming pool surrounded by a garden overlooking the Trasimeno lake and countryside. Villa Osvaldo is a 30 he farm, producing olive oil. Guests can purchase honey and other organic products on the spot. Bicycles, children playground, special price for nearby horse riding and lake fishing. Chianciano spa are just 15 minutes away. Golf course (18 holes) 10 minutes away (special price for guests). Shared washing machine (extra fee to be paid on the spot). Wifi-internet on the terraces. Distances: Perugia is 40 km away, Castiglione del Lago 10 km, Montepulciano 15 km, Cortona 20 km, Arezzo 45 km, Siena 60 km. Unpaved access road. The pictures of the interior are examples only.

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys.   • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
