In the main wing there are 8 apartments (including IUT 152, 153, 154, 161, 162, 163), the reception and the restaurant, open only by reservation and for a minimum of 6 people. In the annex building there are 8 one-room apartments (including IUT 148, 149, 150, 151, 165, 166). Each apartment has a private and equipped outdoor area.
