The pretty seaside town of Santa Maria di Castellabate, which you can reach in a few minutes by car, offers extensive free and equipped sandy beaches, a beautiful promenade right in the town, nice coffee bars and excellent restaurants where you can taste the varied specialties and the excellent wines of this region. Don't miss a visit to the ancient hamlet called Castellabate (UNESCO World Heritage Site), located about 280 meters above sea level, which dominates the entire bay of Santa Maria di Castellabate. This medieval mountain village was mentioned for the 1st mail in 1123, still today, as in the past, it is a labyrinth of ancient little houses, romantic alleys, stairways, small squares with breathtaking panoramas and hidden trattorias or small bars.
