This elegant semi-detached house on two floors is located in a beautiful and well-kept resort on an area of 40,000 m² in Lignano Sabbiadoro. Partly with woodland characterized by thick Mediterranean scrub and kept with biological system, the property was built in complete harmony with nature using eco-friendly materials with low environmental impact. This is the ideal place for those who wish to enjoy a unique holiday taking advantage of the many services and activities of the resort. The property has on the ground floor a living room with sofa bed, dining table, satellite TV, kitchen, bathroom with shower. There is also a private and fenced garden with furniture and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub. The sandy beach is 3 km from here. The long, beautiful beach runs along the seaside resort to the mouth of the river Tagliamento. Within 1 km there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other commercial activities. There are numerous cycling routes for short and long journeys, ideal for enjoying lovely excursions in the surroundings. Lignano Sabbiadoro is a famous seaside resort of Friuli Venezia Giulia, also characterized by a lot of greenery and extensive pine forests, such as the famous Hemingway Park. It is rich in attractions for adults and children (Golf Club, Zoo Park and various water and theme parks). For art lovers, the charming town of Venice is 100 km from here. Trieste at 95 km was during the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy era the town where many writers such as James Joyce and the famous psychologist Sigmund Freud went. Worth visiting is also the city of Aquileia (50 km), a famous port of the Roman Empire with its interesting archaeological excavations and its prestigious National Archaeological Museum. Here you will also find a charming Cathedral with wonderful mosaics. Portogruaro at 30 km is rich in history, museums and monuments and also the town of Concordia with its ruins of the ancient Roman city. Do not miss to visit the city of Cividale del Friuli (70 km, Unesco heritage site), an ancient village built in the Middle Ages with the famous dome and the buildings of the Longobard era. Also visit the city of San Daniele del Friuli (65 km), located on the hills above the town of Udine, with its dome and the prestigious and historic Guarneri Library, with a collection of ancient texts. This city is famous around the world for the production of IGP raw ham. Do not miss to visit the ham production plants with the possibility of delicious tastings. In the same building is IFK208.

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
