Bright holiday apartment set on the green hills, rich in woods, vineyards and water paths surrounding the town of Vittorio Veneto. The house has parking and entrance on the back, from where you have access to the apartment without using the stairs while on the front, where there are the windows, it is on the first floor: from the living room and from the bedroom wonderful view over the surrounding landscape. The apartment spreads all over one floor and kitchen, dining room and living room are in a unique open-space, where the spaces have been cleverly divided. Modern furniture with some ancient pieces. The result is a comfortable environment suitable for those who want to spend a relaxing and green holiday, with the comfort of the vicinity to all the services a city can offer. The outdoor spaces are in common. In the garden, in the summer, there is a small swimming pool and football gates, so while the kids play, the adults sitting at the tables of the beautiful common terrace can taste the excellent wine produced in these areas. The apartment is the starting point for any kind of excursion, both for those who love art and history ( which these territories are very rich in), for sportsmen, and for those who prefer tasting local products. The main cities of art of the region are easily to be reached: Venice (80 km), Treviso (45 km), Padua (100 km), Belluno (46 km), as well as a number of towns and marvelous medieval villages of the area: Vittorio Veneto (with the beautiful Serravalle), Conegliano, Cison di Valmarino, Asolo, Feltre, Sacile, Mel ..). For the athletes, the area, rich in rivers, lakes, hills and mountains (in 40 km you reach the Dolomites) is he paradise for cycling; it also offers the possibility of practicing any type of sport activity: trekking, nordic walking, mountain biking , cycling, paragliding, horse riding, golf, canoeing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing in the nearby Santa Croce lake (25km); 14 km there is the Lake Revine where diving and sunbathing. The strategic position of this house also allows you to alternate a day in the mountains on the Dolomites to one to the sea in one of the wonderful beaches of the Adriatic coast (80 km from Jesolo). Moreover, for lovers of food and wine routes, from here to Valdobbiadene, you may reach by car or by bike, the hills where the famous Prosecco is produced, in a succession of beautiful landscaped vineyards, farmhouses and cellars, where to stop to taste the excellent wine of these lands, accompanied by local gastronomic specialties.

When do I receive directions to the apartment and key collection information?
Directions and details on how to collect the keys will be emailed to you after you have paid for the booking in full. You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.
Bed sizes / bedrooms
The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:
- A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.
A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.
Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
