On the first floor: living area with large veranda overlooking the courtyard, a spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen and a large dining room with fireplace from which the exclusive garden (200 m²) is accessible.

On the second floor there is the sleeping area with a large lobby, a double suite with private bathroom, two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom.

In one area of the garden is the ancient limonaia overlooking the beautiful pool (depth up to 3 meters). At the entrance of the pool area is a large clubhouse with armchairs, sofas and table tennis.

In addition to Lake Como, 15 km away, you can also reach the beaches of Lake Garlate, as well as Lake Annone with a nearby golf course. At 18 km you will find the pier of Lecco, from where you can reach by boats the towns of Varenna, Bellagio, Como and all the main towns of Lake Como.
