Heating switched on only after 5 days, despite nocturnal outside temperatures of 5 ° C. Temperature in the apartment 18-19 ° C. Towels did not dry anymore due to lack of heating. Kitchens Equipment poor: No kitchen utensils for cooking (kitchen knives, whisk, etc.), only cutlery! Kitchen is only suitable to heat up finished meal and food
