This semi-detached house is part of renovated villa dating back to the 19th century. It is located in the centre of the small town of Asparetto di Cerea and just 33 km from Verona. On the ground floor, in addition to a spacious kitchen and a large living room with sofa, there is a room with billiard table. The bedrooms are on the upper floor, two of them are equipped with ceiling fans, a third room, the master bedroom, has air conditioning. For the exclusive use of the guests is the entire facade of the villa, a garden and a courtyard overlooking the centre of the small town. The villa is surrounded by large agricultural estates, parks and lots of nature which create an oasis of peace where it is a pleasure to go for walks, jogging or to organize bicycle rides in the countryside. In the area there are facilities for target shooting and skeet shooting, gym with sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, motocross track, schools for light flying, horseback riding school with the possibility of excursions. The accommodation is a good starting point to visit the art cities of Verona 33 km with its wonderful Arena, a Roman amphitheatre, which is home to interesting events ( concerts by international artists; opera), the central Piazza delle Erbe and the world famous balcony of Juliet's house; Mantova 35 km with its majestic Basilica di Sant'Andrea, rich in beautiful frescoes, and the characteristic old church Rotonda di San Lorenzo; the medieval town of Montagnana 27 km where every year the ancient Palio takes place. Lake Garda is 40 km from here and offers a lot of fun with its amusement parks and attractions. At only 25 km distance are the historic thermal baths of Verona with a water park and entertainment for all ages. The villa is surrounded by a romantic fenced garden, ideal for the safety of your children and the privacy of the guests. Included in the rate is the service of a professional staff, that, while you are enjoying your stay, will take care of the outdoor area of the property, from the heated hot tub for 4 people located in your garden, to the external cleaning and the continuous maintenance that a villa of this size requires. The staff will also provide you with helpful information and advise for your excursions, so that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. When booking, you can also request the exclusive use of the swimming pool, which is located in the back part of the villa, inside the property of the owner.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
