This vacation home with private pool is located on a slight hill overlooking the beautiful Chiana Valley, about 2 km from Rigutino, surrounded by olive groves. On the fully fenced property you have exclusive use of the secured pool area - salt water pool; also covered terraces (3) with barbecue, table tennis and table soccer. Gate entrance shared with the owner who lives in the outbuilding on the property. A place to relax, but also for hiking and biking, for example in the nearby natural park of Lignano (2km). For bikers there is especially the central bike path in the Chiana Valley, which leads from Arezzo to the Etruscan city of Chiusi. Visit Arezzo (15km) with its interesting old town, the unique Piazza Grande and the frescoes by Piero della Francesca in the church of San Francesco; a special attraction is the large antique market on the first weekend of every month and the equestrian games of the ?Saraceno? that take place in the piazza in summer. Or the picturesque Etruscan town of Cortona , which has dominated the valley for thousands of years just 20km away. Wine tasting in medieval Montepulciano (40km) is not to be missed and the charming Renaissance town of Pienza (45km) with breathtaking views over the Orcia Valley (45km) will remain a vivid memory. In half an hour drive you can reach Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands (35km).
