Living room with fireplace and kitchen on the ground floor, with exit to two terrace seating areas; in front of the bedrooms on the 1st floor are balconies with unique views. On the property there is a barbecue, a sunny lawn with deck chairs, children's games and a refreshing fountain ? quite a place to relax and at the same time conveniently located for activities such as trekking, biking along the Chiana Canal, horseback riding (3km); in no time you can reach Arezzo, with its lovely old town, the Piazza Grande and the frescoes by Piero della Francesca in the church of San Francesco; - don't miss the great antique market every first weekend of the month! You can also visit the picturesque Castiglion Fiorentino (8 km) and the picturesque Etruscan town of Cortona (20km); Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands is about 30 km away; or visit Siena with the most beautiful square in the world, the "Piazza del Campo" (80km) and the Umbrian capital Perugia (70km). Shopping; food and drink, stores of all kinds at Olmo (3km). The house is distributed on two levels.
