Residence comprises entrance hall, w.c., cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast area, sun room, 2*double bedrooms,1*twin bedroom, 1*single room. 1 Bathroom upstairs and guest toilet downstairs. Large living room connected to dining room with high ceilings. Piano for those who like to play. Two open fireplaces downstairs. There is a Large flat screen TV with UPC cable also 30Mb Broadband wifi throughout the house.

fridge/freezer, w/machine, dryer, dishwasher. The house is fully furnished bedlinen & towels. There is a wealth of amenities, fine restaurants, shops, art galleries within
walking distance and excellent bus and rail via DART [3 mins walk] provide easy
access to the centre of Dublin (6 miles).Enjoy boat trips to Dalkey Island and around DunLaogharie Harbour. The sea is about 3 minutes walk through the beautiful floribund People's Park. You can walk along the promenade to the swimming areas of Sandycove and to the larger panoramic Killiney Beach. This property would suit short term business clients, vacation purposes, or perhaps somebody relocating while carrying out refurbishment on their own property. Weekly and Monthly rates on request. Wifi & waste disposal is included. Off-street parking is also included. It will be your home away from home! It is situated approx. three minutes from Sandycove Dart Station, and served by numerous buses.

We had a lovely stay at this property and found it a good value for the Dublin area. It is in an area outside of Dublin that is loved by the people who live in Dublin and our cousins, Dublin residents, frequent this area for long walks to the pier. It is easily access to the center of Dublin and areas south of Dublin by DART. We did not pick up our rental cars until the day before our departure from here because we didnt need them. The house was comfortable, well appointed, and the landlord was kind and easy to get hold of when you needed something. Our only real difficulty was understanding how the hot water system worked which took us a few days and a number of cold showers to master, mostly due to our attempts to solve it ourselves without contacting the owner. Once we contacted him and he explained it, we were fine.

It is an older home with the charm of an older home. It is not for someone who desires to have every luxurious and modern convenience. You will feel comfortable and at home, but not spoiled which was fine with us. Overall a great experience and a great location. Btw parking is limited on this street and really only one car fits easily in the parking area in front of the house. If you have two cars, you have to do some jockeying of them to make it fit and, if you are new to driving in Ireland it could be a challenge. Overall a wonderful stay.

From the minute we entered this house it felt like a home from home. The sunroom was fantastic & great for entertaining...or even watching the rain!
The position of the property was so convenient - train, sea walks, park, coffee shops, restaurants & supermarket just mins. away.
Loved it all & cant wait to visit again!

The house is well situated in Dun Laoghaire, a short walk from the harbour. Its spacious (4 bedrooms), well looked after and we had a great week there. I can recommend it for a family stay in Dublin.

What a fantastic find. The whole family from young to old loved this property and there was plenty to do for all. The location is great , so close to everything and convenient to transport, shops and cafes.
Well equipped and has all the mod cons. Thanks for that we would love to come back!!
