On the peaceful grounds surrounding historic Croan House, is a little cluster of five charming, traditional style modern cottages. The cottages are set around a courtyard and approached by a drive of lime trees. Adjacent to the property is a Forest Park with a number of trails and walks.
Beautifully decorated and fitted out
Very comfortably furnished, the cottages enjoy a delightfully relaxing ambience, enhanced by grazing goats, hens, rare breed pigs and geese in the grounds. The cottages contain all mod cons and have a private patio and barbeque area and an open fire for cosy evenings in.
Plenty to see and do nearby

The cottage was very warm and cosy in a delightful setting. Francis and Niamh made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend and will go again.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The cottage was very clean and spacious. We were provided with all the linens, and towels. We even had dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. It was perfect for a self-catering stay. This wasn't a luxury cottage, but it was very comfortable. The hosts were avaliable for help. We had a flat tire and they directed us to a local person for help. We also ordered a meal cooked by them and it was superb. They had a book with suggestions and recommendations for things to do. My son loved the animals on the farm. We felt very welcome to explore. We had a wonderful time, and would definately recommend it, and stay there again.
