Cobh is located in the centre of Cork Harbour, less than 35 minutes drive from Cork Airport (29 km) and 25 minutes from the Centre of Cork City (23 km). It has all the amenities for a self catering holiday within walking distance, including a supermarket, bakery, off-license, restaurants and pubs.

The accommodation is arranged over the upper 3 floors of this property. The living accommodation is on the first floor. There is a beautifully proportioned reception room and a dining room which seats 10. Both are comfortable South facing rooms with harbour views. The kitchen is a fully equipped with a range style gas cooker, american fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is also a breakfast room, a cloakroom and a laundry room with 20lb capacity washing and drying machines.

There are 5 bedrooms (one king and four twin), all en-suite, with showers (2 have bathtubs) on the second and third floors. Four of the bedrooms have harbour views.

The garden at the rear is approx 30m deep and is arranged over three terraces into the hill. It is a suntrap all day. The highest terrace is a deck with garden furniture, ideal for an al fresco meal, weather permitting.

Pricing is based on a base occupancy by 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. There is a supplement for additional guests as more rooms are made up, up to a maximum of 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.

Book stays from 3 days to 2 weeks. There is no fixed turnover day.

For 2 week rentals the rate includes a cleaning service, towel and linen change.

We were gobsmacked (absolutely delightfully impressed) when we first entered this property. It was stunning, a large house yet warm and comfortable. The antique furniture against a white backdrop was sheer beauty. The view from the front was something really special. The side tables and lamps were just perfect for evening or a dull day. This was a modernised period home in perfect condition. Thank you to the owners for making this available to the public.

Excellent contact with the owner and with the local manager who was there to greet us. The local management was very helpful in providing local information.
The house is large , well maintained and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we made full use of it!

Superb everything in the house you could want! As a family group with 5 adults between ages of 20-24 the twin bedded rooms were perfect... spacious with generous bathrooms, comfy beds and beautiful luxurious bedding. The lounge and dining room were large enough for us all to sit comfortably and relax and each had two windows for us to watch the ships coming and going. The kitchen was so well equipped we would have had no problem cooking a full roast dinner if we had wanted - No need for this as plenty of pubs and restaurants where within a short walk. The food at the Titanic Bar & Grill was amongst the best I have ever had.

Alice the manager was lovely and even provided the contact details of a local bakery so we could pre-order a birthday cake before we arrived. A wonderful stay in a wonderful house.

We stayed with extended family and had a great time. The house is lovely and spacious so there is no getting under each other's feet!!! Kitchen very well equipped, rooms are lovely, en-suites large, views amazing, living area comfortable. Check-in was easy and Alice was very helpful and informative. Would recommend.

Once again this amazing house came up trumps on a family holiday including 4 Generations. We entertained on one night and the dining room was the perfect choice for everyone to be together in a relaxed atmosphere. Alice is great, very accommodating and friendly on our arrival. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Easy Beach to anyone looking to stay in Cobh. Hopefully we will all return some day.
