In terms of the local area, Calangute is a medium size town......at the centre, of which, is where the Calangute beach road meets at the roundabout where the right turn leads to the Baga Road....most of the night time activity is around this area....equally interesting are the slightly fewer bars, restaurants and hotels that are apparent when one turns left at this same roundabout.

Calangute beach is fantastic!....lovely well priced bars and restaurants.....almost white sand and lovely warm sea...a delightul slight "cross-breeze" that keeps the most ardent of sun-bathers free from "over-cooking"

Why did I buy a property in this area?
Generally the known quality of the builders...and also the location.
Excellent complex facilities... slightly away from the beaten track...but still within easy range of the "hot spots"

i have absolute confidence that the pool area and immediate surroundings will be excellently maintained

Bars Shops and Restaurants in relation to the poperty?
In short, the immediate area itself is away from the beaten track...within 10 mins walk however is the most amazing multitude of bars/shops/reataurants etc.

Excellent Value for money, would not have expected sky TV and AC for such a low rate. Well equipped and clean Sarah was on hand when ever we needed her Close to shops, places to eat walking distance to beach Thanks Colin
