Well what can I say about this Villa other than absolutely fantastic. We were a group of 6 adults 3 couples celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversaries and in these COVID times did not know where to go or what to expect but it all turned out just wonderful. I had been in contact with Emin before our journey to sort out our taxi transfers from the airport which all ran smoothly. When we arrived both Emin & Suheyla from Dibek Homes where there to meet us . Both so friendly & helpful and got us all settled into our Villa. The Villa is on a gated complex with around 12 Villas all have their own space. The Villa has everything very clean & spacious gets cleaned with new bedding & towels twice a week ....couldn’t ask for anything more . It has its own shared pool ....however we were the only guests using it . The Villa is about a 10 minute walk into Yalikavak which is a stunning place and we got a taxi back which was around £2.50 for 4 of us. Lots of supermarkets for supplies and 5 mins walk down from the Villa on the way to Yalikavak there are daily markets that sell everything.....We had so many good days & nights in Yalikavak. Lovely meals ....days on the beach ....chartering our own boat for the day.Trip to Bodrum. Yalikavak has a new Marina with fabulous shops and wonderful restaurants. The only negative/sad comment was how empty it was due to COVID .....There were people around but you just wonder how they can all make a living . It was our first trip to Turkey and we will be back and we will definitely be staying at Dibek Homes in one of their Villas. A big thank you to both Emin and Suhelya for making our stay amazing.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to beach village and market. Lovely roomy villa. Clean pool. Good amenities. Agent very helpful and easy checking in and out. Would definitely recommend

The stay at the Villa Arzu was great experience. I enjoied a lot privacy, splendid views, confortable villa and ambient atmosphere!

Very spacious, clean apartment, bigger than we expected. Lovely gardens and swimming pool . All staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble. We would definitely return here and recommend it to our friends.

The property was well situated on a very nice gated complex with a easy walk of the local town and restaurants in Yalikavak. The town suited us very well, we thought that it was the best place to stay on the penisula if you dont want discos etc. but plenty of shops to browse in the evenings. The property agent Emin Oguz looked after us very well and could not have been any more helpful. The villa was very spacious and comfortable and we liked it very much, my only comment would be that it could do with some maintenance to the doors and locks on some rooms, but that is only a minor criticism.

The best thing about the apartment is the locality being centrally located it is within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We found Yalikavak had everything we wanted in a holiday destination (the coastline is tremendous and not to be missed). Neither of my teenage children had any complaints about the holiday, both rating it very highly - anyone reading this with teenagers of their own will realise this in itself is some achievement!!! Upon our arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed - even the beds were comfortable! The apartment is extremely well managed - we were asked every day if everything was ok and whether we had everything we needed - which in itself is particularly reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment - not only because the apartment was perfectly suitable, but also because of the way we were treated during our stay - ie extremely well. Simon, the manager, could not have done more for us and was very helpful. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning.

The property was as described, clean and well presented. Ideally located(5 mins walking distance) for the resturants, Marina and local market. Would return to this apartment for future holidays.
