This beautiful stone house of pure traditional construction is located in Ano Verga, one of the most privileged residential areas of Kalamata, on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Messina. from the city of Kalamata, 13 km from the sandy beach of Santava and 13 km from the marble beach of Mikri Mantinia. It is spread over two levels and offers incredible views from all terraces. Have your breakfast by the pool while enjoying the breathtaking view of the sea and the sunset in Messinian Bay.
From the village of Ano Verga, hiking trails lead up Mount Taygetos. Ano Verga is a world famous landing site for paragliding, while the landing site is located on the beach of Kalamata. Day trips to the villages of Kardamyli, Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos are highly recommended. Other beaches are Delfinia, Foneas and Kalogria
