Beautiful holiday villa, private swimming pool, & within walking distance sea (car not necessary)

Detached private villa, Villa Christine has its own private pool set in spacious enclosed grounds & garden within walking distance to the sea.

Fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen with a dining table to accommodate six people.

Comfortable lounge area with a 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofabed includes LCD TV which with the internet connection is also a smart TV ( so if one had perhaps a mini digi-box or dongle they wished to bring with them from home it is possible to activate Netflix or many other UK channels online), DVD player, Hi-Fi with docking station, open fireplace and air conditioning / heating unit.

Both living and dining areas have french doors leading to the covered terrace overlooking the pool area.
There are 2 bedrooms one having a double bed and other twin beds and both have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning / heating unit and french doors giving access to balcony overlooking the pool.

There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower, WC on first floor and also an additional WC on the ground floor.

Covered terrace with lighting, large table and seating for 6. This leads to the large patio area with private pool which has paving around and 'roman style' steps leading into the pool which are ideal for children.

We have provided plenty of sunbeds and parasols for you to relax in the sun and a BBQ for outside entertaining.

Information Book

At the property you will find an Information Book which provides most of the basic necessary details about the villa, such as how to use the air conditioning, hot water, internet connection, location of rubbish drop etc,. together with the local management company’s contact details & other standard emergency numbers, in case of any issues during your stay. There are also some suggestions of local places to visit & a wide selection of eateries both from the owner & also previous guests at the villa.

During your stay, our local English speaking property manager Simone & her team will pop by to greet you once you have settled in, usually in the first day or two, but Simone is also contactable by phone at any time should you need to speak with her or have any issues.

Taxi Transfer

It is possible should one wish to pre-book a taxi but it is not necessary if one chooses as there are always a line of taxi available for all flight arrivals.

Car Hire

It is always best & advisable particularly if one wishes the car to be there at the airport once one arrives, to pre-book car rental before coming. We advise guests to check the Car Scanners website, as it provides a good selection of choices & quotes of the main reputable car rental companies on the island.

Notes

Standard Check-In is from 14:00 and Check-Out is at 11:00 am. Occasionally under certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate a slightly earlier arrival and later departure time, if we do not also have a same day departure but this cannot be determined until nearer the time when the booking commences & you must contact us to request same or if the check-in or out times are not at all convenient to your flight times it may be worth considering booking an additional first or last day at the accommodation in order to guarantee the earlier or later times suitable to your travel times.
