Bedrooms
The villa provides three bedrooms.
The master Bedroom A, which is located on top level, includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm), high quality mattress, closets with a full-length mirror, flat screen TV, low noise A/C, mini safe in closet, balcony and interconnecting with Bathroom A and provides massage bath, toilet, hand basin, bath towels, hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel.

Bedroom B & C as well Bathroom B are located on lower ground floor.
Bedroom B includes double bed, high quality mattress wardrobe and mirror, desk, sliding door to garden terrace, low noise A/C and flat screen TV.
Bedroom C includes double bed, sofa bed (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children), high quality mattress, desk, sliding door to garden terrace, low noise A/C and flat screen TV.
Bathroom B which is next to Bedroom B & C provides bathtub with shower, toilet and basin, hand soap and shower gel.

There is also a Laundry Room on the lower ground floor which provides a washing machine, an ironing board, cleaning items and a Laundry rack.

Kitchen / Lounge Facilities
On ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan Kitchen with everything you may need for cooking during your holidays in Rhodes: Fully equipped kitchen, A/C, table for 6 persons, and high chair upon request, fitted dish washer and other small electric appliances.

The lounge is also located on ground floor with the open plan kitchen and is well-appointed with modern style and contemporary furniture including a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV with about 300 international channels, outlet for USB stick/ HDMI plug, a DVD and a sliding door to terrace and pool.

Wireless Internet connection is provided throughout the property. Relax and enjoy your meal in the spacious kitchen and living room.

Pool/Terrace
On the south side, having direct sea-view, there is a private pool with a waterfall which cascades from a two-meter high stone-built wall. The pool includes the following features: 25m2, Length: 6.70m / Width: 3.80m / Depth: 1.30m with a Hydro & Turbo Jet Massage.

Located around the pool, the terrace is offered for blissful relaxation and includes four sunbeds, an umbrella, al fresco outdoor shower, a small table, four chairs, special evening lightning and a path to a little beach road.
