The Studio O is part of the Villa Sandra Maria, with separate entrance. It is built in 70 meters distance from the Villa, in the lower garden, in order to keep its privacy and serenity.

Kea is a hidden gem, so close to Athens but so far, lost in Cyclades. The trip from the International Airport of Athens is just 1,30 hours, including the driving from the airport and the ferry trip. The island is small and still authentic, with organised but also far away isolated beaches.
Near to Studio O there are both. The gusts can easily cook in the property but also order local food from the near restaurant and enjoy their lunch or dinner in the unique balcony-terasse

About Us Dedicated in the last 9 years to mastering the craft of Greek hospitality, Olga Anastasiadou and her daughter Sandra Maria Tsoti built their first Villa “Sandra Maria” in the hidden gem of Cyclades, Kea; the ‘luxury suburb of Athens.’ The second “Villa Meli” was built in 2015 and it is a destination - venue of its own. Olga is an economist with a Master in Philosophy, who shares her time between Athens and London. Sandra Maria lives in London and studies medicine at Imperial College.
