Beautiful, spacious home on the island of Evia. Great location, on the edge of a popular village, with stunning views & plenty of outside space to enjoy the sun, shade and al fresco dining. Free WiFi.

The Villa is in a perfect location - very peaceful but on the edge of a village and just a short drive from a great selection of beaches. The property offers plenty of space for 2 families. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen/diner with an open fireplace. There is also a modern shower room. Up the winding staircase there is a large lounge, with open fireplace, comfortable seating and a DVD & stereo system, with surround sound. There is another bathroom (bath with shower over) and 3 large bedrooms with views over the rear garden; a small double, a large double with fitted wardrobes and bed settee and a large triple room (plus camp bed if required). Outside there is private parking and a huge garden, terrace & decked area, with views over the ancient valley of Mahala, and dining spaces under the decking and on the balcony at the front. It's a short (steep) walk to the friendly village of Zarkes, which has 3 tavernas, a bar, shop, bakers & pharmacy. Zarakon beach can be reached on foot, down through Mahala (approx. 4 km) or on the main beach road from the village centre. It's a safe place to swim and snorkel and there's a small taverna. There are several other fabulous beaches, within a few kilometres. The house is ideal for families and groups - with plenty of space to relax.

This house is in the countryside and in a quiet area near the mountains. It has a balcony, a barbecue, outside lighting and a garden. Car hire is recommended as the house is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
