It is nestled in a lovely tranquil setting at the foot of the village of Ano Korakiana with mountain views and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and a swimming pool.

The open-plan living-room/kitchen has comfortable seating for four people, TV and DVD player, well wquipped kitchen and an air con unit in the living-room.

There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with a shower room next to it. There is a ceiling fan in both bedrooms and WIFI is available throughout.

The outside eating area is covered and close by is the above ground swimming pool. The sun rises from the front of the villa and sets at the rear.

In and around Ano Korakiana in the spring and autumn is ideal for walkers and cyclists to enjoy the comfortable climate and beautiful scenery. The villa is ideally situated for short strolls or longer rambles with the fauna and flora to enjoy along the way. Bicycle hire is available in the resort of Dassia and horse-riding available locally. ‘Trailriders’ takes riders of all abilities and trek through the unspoilt olive groves close to the villa. The village which can be walked to has a bakery, small shop, post office and village bar.

During the hotter months there is nothing better than relaxing by the pool on the sunloungers or visiting one of the many beaches on the island.

The resorts of Dassia and Ipsos are within 10 minutes drive for those of you that enjoy beach activities.

The property is suitable for all ages and a car is recommended.

Pure Bliss A lovely villa with everything you could need. Lovely quiet setting . Pool was lovely and in the late afternoon and evening enjoyed seeing the birds flying around . Enjoyed the outside living area beautiful flowers and shrubs . Highly recommend this lovely home.
