Here in the idyllic north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is being built. The Scandinavian-style vacation homes are grouped around the marina. The house is located on a particularly large corner plot at the edge of the vacation home village and thus offers plenty of space to relax. From the terrace or through the large panoramic window you have a wide view over the
adjacent meadows and fields. With a little luck you can observe pheasants and other larger birds as well as wild animals.

The cottage is modern and cozy in Scandinavian style - you will immediately feel at home! In summer you can enjoy the sun on the terrace or have a barbecue with your loved ones. On cooler days, the fireplace in the open living and dining area will entice you with its crackling fire and its cozy warmth. The bathroom also promises pure relaxation thanks to the high-quality wellness shower.

On request, a high chair and crib can be provided, so that even the little ones are perfectly taken care of.

Next to the vacation home village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways at once, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.

In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal. There, anglers also get their money's worth.

The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.
