Enjoy the exclusive features of this apartment in a Promendenvilla right at the top of the new holiday resorts Travemünde Waterfront. The unique location on the beautiful sandy beach and the port of Travemünde offers the ideal base for your holiday on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein. The apartment on the second floor has three separate bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and a flat screen TV. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, which provides two additional sleeping possibilities. The apartment is stylish and modern, all the rooms are flooded with light through the floor to ceiling picture windows and bright. On your terrace enjoying beautiful views of the sparkling waves of the Baltic Sea and the sandy beach. In the morning you can have breakfast with the whole family and enjoy the first rays of sunshine here. The first bathroom has a double rain shower, steam room and Jacuzzi. In the second bathroom you can warm up after a long walk on the cool sea air in the sauna. Ninette Matthiessen, an artist from Travemünde has also shaped the apartment artistic,: maritime, refreshing and emotional are the atmospheric sailing motifs in the pictures. Your apartment also has a modern entertainment system, including Blu-Ray player, music system and another flat screen TV in the living room. Even for very classic entertainment is provided, because you can borrow binoculars for a small deposit from the reception with which the activity on the water and the other side can be traced Travelodge. In the evening the light of bioethanol fireplace for cozy ambience provides. In the highly equipped kitchen Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine (capsules please bring your own), and thermos and hand filter up to be brewing, if you still prefer the traditional filter coffee. On the ground floor of the Promenade Villa Catering is available. Please note that the entire resort area is still under construction. Your Promenade Villa is of course completed, but can still be worked around. The recreational activities are not completed. but you can imagine how it will look here once already, when everything is completely finished. Then you can walk along the left and right on the banks of the Trave, connected by two ferries. This will be unique on the Baltic coast! The Priwall is an approximately three kilometer long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and travelers in the East of Schleswig-Holstein and is one of Lübeck since 1226th Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right outside the door of your holiday home. A new promenade lures after its completion with shopping and a variety of options for young and old. The marina provides maritime flair. A trip to the Historical Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also highly recommended. The apartment pictures are just examples. The furniture is comparable, but not necessarily be 100% identical.
This beautiful modern apartment is made from wood and was recently built in 2017. This apartment has sea view and is located in Priwall, 20km from Lübeck. It is set in a very convenient location, just 40 metres away from a sandy beach. When do I receive directions to the apartment and key collection information?
Directions and details on how to collect the keys will be emailed to you after you have paid for the booking in full. You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.
Bed sizes / bedrooms
The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:
- A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.
A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.
Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
