This house is situated in one of the best neighbourhoods in Prerow, centrally located and close to the beach. Prerow is the ideal place to relax your mind and to leave the tedium of everyday life behind for a while. Prerow, which is also rightly called the Baltic Sea resort of the countryside, is a paradise surrounded by forests and the sea. The delightful holiday home is part of a red brick house, which consists of several apartments such as: the Country House Room (DMK588), the Blue Room (DMK589), the Green Room (DMK590), the Yellow Room (DMK591) and the Colourful Room (DMK592). These apartments are suitable for families with children, because there is a large playground just a few metres away. The nearest beach, with red and white beach chairs on the gleaming white sand, is only about 5 minutes' away from the house by walking. You can also ride a bike, through the gorgeous Darsswald, to the West beach. In the resort, facilities are provided for hiring pedal boats, playing tennis or renting a bicycle. There is also a department store in the immediate vicinity. You can take a leisurely trip on a faithful replica of a Mississippi-Steamboat or let the sea breeze caress your face on the 395 metre long pier. Take a trip to Zingst (10 km), which houses the captains' houses, the harbour and the pier, a swimming pool, mini golf and pony rides. The artists' town of Ahrenshoop (17 km), where a number of galleries and exhibition halls with modern and classical art are located, is also worth a visit.

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
