This white beach villa is situated in the holiday home region called Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort and is a right choice to enjoy your holiday on the seafront surrounded by water. You can enjoy marvellous sunsets from the roof terrace which is just a few steps away from a private beach. Port Olpenitz, a marina and port for sailing, is a lagoon-shaped peninsula located south of Schleimündung. These holiday homes have their own small, private beach. Also a km-long sandy beach maintained by DLRG that extends till Schönhagen, is located nearby. These homes are equipped with high standards. There is a combined, open living and dining area in this home. Besides two bedrooms on the first floor, there is also a bathroom equipped with massage jets and a large bathtub to spend a relaxing time. A special highlight of this home is a private sauna (with windows) on the top floor right next to the large roof terrace. Relax and unwind in the sauna and enjoy the view of water after a long, beautiful day in the sea. There is a separate shower room next to the sauna for additional comfort. In addition to the living area, which is also a studio, there are large panoramic windows on the top floor. There is also a cosy, Scandinavian fireplace, from where you can enjoy a view with the warmth of the crackling fireplace in winter. Enjoy a view of the Danish Island called Ærø to Schlei from Kiel Bay on days with clear weather. Every corner on this property offers a unique view of sunrise over the Baltic Sea or the sunset over Schlei Bay. In this refined Vierlings Construction, there are four houses on each corner. Enjoy a fantastic panoramic view from each home and enjoy privacy on the terrace. The living space is 93 square metres huge with bright homes. These homes have three floors and can accommodate up to four people and two additional people on a sofa bed on the top floor. As the pricing of this resort is very flexible, it is ideal for any range of price and any kind of holiday. You can plan a spontaneous short trip, a long weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in quieter seasons. These holiday homes in the Baltic Coast are very spacious and cosy. Every home on this property has a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts, such as, dishwasher, microwave, and so on and a utility room with a washing machine. Bathrooms have floor heating. In addition to a fully equipped bathroom on the first floor, there is also a guest toilet on the ground floor with a separate shower in the sauna room. This new holiday resort is currently under construction on the erstwhile, 150 hectares - Army premise in Port Olpenitz surrounded by nature. Please note that the Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort is still under construction. Restaurants and cafes are not available and the access roads are not completely connected to the main routes. The direct view of Baltic Sea is naturally pristine, wonderful and priceless; but some angles in a few areas (view of the mainland and view overlooking Schlei Bay) lack the view as the property is still under construction. Construction sites are nearby and the property includes a temporary parking lot. Children must be carefully supervised due to the ongoing construction activities. Rental price is calculated based on the construction situation. Other discounts are excluded. This beautiful modern house is made from wood and was recently built in 2014. The agent has rated it as a five star property so it is one of their best houses - tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It is also great value for money. This house has beautiful panoramic view over water; it is also only 6km from Kappeln. It is set in a very convenient location, just 800 metres away from a sandy beach and 20 metres from a sandy beach. There's also a restaurant 3km away.

You can also park on-site at no extra charge. The house is well equipped: it has a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The property has a sauna; it also has some garden furniture outside.

Directions and details on how to collect the keys will be emailed to you after you have paid for the booking in full. You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
