From the terrace of this luxurious vacation apartment in the OstseeResort Olpenitz, you can enjoy the view over the wide mouth of the Schleim River all the way to the Baltic Sea. The apartment extends over two floors (1st + 2nd floor) and offers great views from all rooms. From the living room you look into the greenery, while you can enjoy the cozy crackling of the fire in the Scandinavian stove. On the adjacent south-facing balcony, sun loungers are ready for you. On the other side of the house is the large terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the water.

Thanks to the large corner bath and your private infrared sauna, the house is a true paradise of well-being even in the cooler seasons. The wellness bathroom is located in the attic, as are the two bedrooms. Even from up here you can enjoy magnificent views of nature.

A small bathing bay with a sandy beach belongs to the OstseeResort Olpenitz and it is also not far to the kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach, which stretches down to Schönhagen. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

The new vacation home area is currently being built on the former naval area in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares, embedded in nature.
