Nestled between the Baltic Sea and the marina is this modern vacation home over 2 floors in the OstseeResort Olpenitz. The house is located in 1st row to the water, so you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bustle from your terrace. High-quality garden furniture including two deck chairs invite you to sunbathe, and an electric grill is also available here. A second terrace on the south side of the house offers another place for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also a bicycle shed at the house, where you can store the bikes you brought with you.

Behind you is the Baltic Sea with beautiful dune landscape and the adjacent long sandy beach down to Schönhagen. Through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, you do not have to miss the view over the waves and boats in the harbor, even from the cozy, bright living area. In front of the stove you can make yourself comfortable even in the cooler season. On the upper floor of the house is your small, private wellness paradise: in the infrared sauna and in the large corner bathtub with bubble function it is simply wonderful to relax.

The two bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs, and thanks to the Blu-Ray player in the living area, you can enjoy nice movie nights with the whole family. The sofa in the living room can be converted into two comfortable sleeping places. There are fly screens on the bedroom windows, the window in the staircase and the patio door.

Fishing enthusiasts will also certainly feel at home in this house: the fishing rod can theoretically be cast directly from the terrace, because the water of the harbor basin is only 10 meters away. A large freezer keeps the catch fresh.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, offers can be found for all budgets and vacation forms, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or time out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches are particularly spacious and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.

The harbor basin is not officially open for swimming due to current conditions; however, the Baltic Sea beach is only a stone's throw from the house. Please also note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.
